The Local SV brand

One monogram, a warm palette, and a few rules to keep it consistent everywhere it appears — the website, documents, email and print.

The mark

A single continuous stroke: the l's foot becomes the s, and the sflows into the v. Recolour it by changing the stroke — never redraw it.

Using it well

  • Give the mark clear space of at least one dot-width on every side.
  • Use the cream version on any surface darker than mint.
  • Keep the peach dot peach — in every version, on every background.
  • Let it sit at 24px or larger on screen.
  • Don't add a wordmark or a letterspaced tagline — the mark stands alone.
  • Don't recolour, outline, or add shadows and gradients to the mark.
  • Don't place the navy mark on a dark or busy background.
  • Don't stretch, rotate, or redraw the stroke.
